Save the date to watch USask’s Life and Health Sciences Research Expo

The expo returns as a free, virtual event on May 5, 2022, to acknowledge exemplary research and learning activity at the University of Saskatchewan.

University of Saskatchewan (USask) students, researchers, faculty, staff, senior leaders, and community members are invited to celebrate outstanding research, collaboration, and mentorship within the health sciences on May 5, 2022.

Over $5,000 in student prizes available!

Everyone is welcome to attend this free event. Livestream links will be made available on healthsciences.usask.ca/expo once confirmed.

The annual showcase of interdisciplinary life and health science research will include livestreamed morning and afternoon research presentations exploring the following competition categories:

  • Basic Science
  • Translational, Clinical, or Applied Science
  • Social & Population Health
Based on the quality of the research presented, there may also be additional awards presented for achievement aligning with COVID-19 pandemic research, response, and/or outreach; Indigenous health research; and interdisciplinary/interprofessional collaboration.

An afternoon awards ceremony will take place online as well where winners will be announced for Best Paper, Best Supervisor, and for the competition categories livestreamed earlier that day.
