As of June 1, 2020, bookings for Health Science Building meeting room and event spaces — including the GA70 computer lab — will be requested via 25Live. Spaces which were previously managed and approved by the USask Health Sciences will continue to be reviewed and approved by the Health Sciences through the 25Live system.
Exceptions to this booking process transition include the E1254 and 4D01.13 meeting rooms as well as bookable spaces within the Leslie & Irene Dubé Health Sciences Library. The booking processes for these spaces will remain unchanged.
Room 3100 in the E-Wing will migrate to 25Live and, as of June 1, will be managed by the USask Health Sciences rather than the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition.
Also, as of June 1, 2020, Room 308 in St. Andrew’s College will no longer be available as a bookable space.
