The CLRC conducts SETA intake on a rolling, as-needed basis for our partners’ teaching and exam requirements. If opportunities are available, you will be contacted to begin the hiring and recruitment process. If you don’t hear from us for some time, it is because our program is currently full and we will contact you when a position becomes available.

SETA role

A Gynecological Teaching Associate (GTA) is defined as any person who uses their own body as an instructional tool to teach proper examination techniques of the breast and pelvic exams. A GTA must have all the following anatomy: uterus, cervix, and at least one breast.

A Male Urological Teaching Associate (MUTA) is defined as any person who uses their own body as an instructional tool to teach proper examination techniques of the rectal and genital exams (including penis and scrotum). A MUTA must have the following anatomy: penis, rectum, and at least one testicle.
