CLRC Space Booking Form

This form is intended for University of Saskatchewan (USask) health science programs and USask-affiliated units to schedule academic programming within spaces managed by the university's Clinical Learning Resource Centre (CLRC). Review the CLRC Space Allocation Policy & User Guidelines.

Submitting this form is the first in a two-step process and does not guarantee a confirmed booking:

  1. Once this form has been submitted, your event will be tentatively booked.
  2. If required, a CLRC staff member will be assigned as the project lead for your event and will begin the internal consulation process with CLRC team members to determine logistics.

The internal consultation process and complex scheduling factors may result in periodic delays; however every effort will be made to confirm the status of your booking by email within 15 working days. As such, the CLRC recommends booking space as early as possible in advance of your session need.

Cancellations must be sent to clrc.scheduling@usask.ca a minimum of one business day before a requested event.

NOTE: Form submissions are not reviewed on evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Confirmation will be sent to this address.

If you foresee changes to an existing event (e.g., changes to type of space or specific room required, number of students, day of the week, etc.) please contact clrc.scheduling@usask.ca as soon as possible to arrange a meeting to discuss the feasibility of those changes in light of the heavy usage of CLRC teaching spaces.
