Standard hours of operation at the USask Clinical Learning Resource Centre (CLRC) are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend operations vary based on teaching and learning requirements.

Please use the following forms and contact information to book a simulation session, licensing exam, learner practice session, or other service at the USask Clinical Learning Resource Centre.
NOTE: The form for external requests is not managed by the CLRC. On that form, please indicate that the event being requested will be in the USask Clinical Learning Resource Centre.
Request CLRC Equipment
The CLRC reguarly provides learners and programs the ability to check-out equipment for course sessions, learner practice, or other educational activities.
Those requesting equipment should familiarize themselves with the CLRC Equipment Loan Request Policy before making a request.
NOTE: Training is required for some CLRC equipment and must be renewed annually.
Maps & Parking
The CLRC main reception area is located in Room 2200 of the Health Sciences Building E-Wing. Primary building entrances can be found at 107 Wiggins Road and 104 Clinic Place.
NOTE: There is no daily maximum on weekdays for these lots.
Additional parking options are also available:
- Review parking rates for the Royal University Hospital (RUH) Parkade.
- Daily parking is located south of the university around President Murray Park and Brunskill Elementary School.
- When parking in these areas, please check nearby signage to confirm which areas provide free parking and which areas enforce time limitations.
During regular business hours, the CLRC provides in-house technical support for all programs hosted within the unit. Our simulation operation specialists work with our clients in the development, planning, programming, execution, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CLRC simulators. We ensure our partners and clients have all the technical tools required for their simulations.
