The Elks and Royal Purple Saskatchewan Pediatric Auditory Rehabilitation Center (SPARC) is a family-centered program providing early detection, assessment, and rehabilitation for children with hearing loss. A close working relationship exists between SPARC, the Audiology Department at Royal University Hospital, and the Saskatchewan Hearing Aid Plan. SPARC is an active participant in the Saskatchewan Cochlear Implant Program.
