Save the Date: Licensing Exams

Every year, we recruit large numbers of standardized patients to participate in national licensing exams.


If you are interested in participating as a standardized patient in national licensing exams, keep the following dates in mind when planning your 2020 schedule.

Orientation, training sessions and dry runs typically occur in the 2-3 weeks before each exam.

  • Medical Council of Canada (MCC): 2 & 3 May, 24 & 25 October 2020
  • Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC): 4 April, 20 September 2020
  • National Assessment Collaboration (NAC): 12 & 13 September 2020
  • Physiotherapy Competency Exam (PCE): 15 November 2020
Please note that these exams include strict requirements of SPs which vary from year to year. If you haven’t been invited to participate yet, hang tight for a future exam .
